How to setup smart TVs (Samsung-LG)

This tutorial is for both Samsung and LG Smart. There are 2 ways to install the application, either directly from the LG Store or Samsung store -which is the simplest way- or via a USB Drive for some models. Installing from the LG or Samsung store: Start the application, What we are interested in for now is the MAC address of the Smart TV. 1. Enter the MAC address of your Smart TV. 2. Download M3U (m3u_plus) playlist from the account link you received and select the M3U for this field. 3. Submit 4. If you did everything correct, the message SUCCESS appears with the number of channels. A. For using online playlist (the account link can be pasted here). B. If you want to reset all your changes to default. Restart the Smart IPTV app in order to make the changes you just made. You should now be able to see channels list.

How to set up TVs (others)

At the current time only Samsung and LG Smart TVs have direct access to the Smart IPTV app from their respective app stores. However, if you have a different TV there are a number of other options open to you, for example, you can use Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Mirrorcast or any other media device that you can connect to your TV. This tutorial will guide you through the setup instructions for a Smart TV running Android. The Live TV Store, TV service requires the use of an IPTV media controller app, there are a few of these available in Play Store, however, this tutorial is based on a free app called ‘IPTVCore’, this app is free to download and use.

Android Smart TV Setup

Go to ‘Play Store‘ and search for ‘VLC Player‘ (if you do not already have it). Install VLC Player, you do not need to open it. Return to ‘Play Store’ and search for ‘IPTV Core‘. Install ‘IPTVCore‘. Return to Play Store and search for ‘IPTV Core‘ (if you do not already have it). Install ‘IPTV Core‘, you do not need to open it. Run ‘IPTVCore‘ and if asked which media player to use, choose ‘VLC Player‘. To login, enter your the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ from your unique Playlist URL. Your username and password looks like this: //…username=USERNAME&password=PASSWORD&type…// (If you are unable to locate the username and password in the URL, please let us know and we can send it to you). How to setup with Laptop PC and Mobiles

This tutorial will guide you through the simple setup instruction for Windows computers. Download and Install VLC Player from Videolan.org Run VLC Player -> Click onto: ‘Media’ -> Select: ‘Open Network Stream’ -> Go to the ‘Network Tab’. Paste your unique ‘Playlist URL’ into the Network URL field, then click onto the ‘Play’ button. In order to view the full channel list click onto ‘View’ -> Playlist.

Watching Live TV after initial setup

Run VLC Player -> Click onto: ‘Media’ -> Select: ‘Open Network Stream’ -> Go to the ‘Network Tab’. Ensure unique playlist URL is entered into the ‘Network URL’ field. Click onto the ‘Play’ button. In order to view the full channel list click onto ‘View’ -> Playlist.

How to setup on MAC

Download and Install VLC Player from Videolan.org Run VLC Player and click onto ‘File’ -> ‘Open Network..’. Paste your unique ‘network URL’ into the address bar, then click onto ‘Play’ In order to view the full channel list click onto ‘View’ -> Playlist.

Watching Live TV on MAC after initial setup
